Development Strategy for Tourism in Speia and Bulboaca Villages

Period: July 2022 – December 2022

Methodology:

  • Conducted over 20 preliminary meetings with local authorities and community members, including women and youth.
  • Diagnosed and analyzed the potential for recommended tourist routes.
  • Developed and presented the strategy.

This document summarizes the initiatives of the Constantin Mimi Foundation and the tourism development group in Bulboaca village for 2023–2025, with support from the foundation and experts from the Moldovan Tourism Development Association.

Goal: To harness the tourism potential of Bulboaca village, connect it to Castel Mimi (ranked among the top 15 wine castles globally), promote its unique aspects, and attract diverse funding for tourism development.

Beneficiaries: Residents, local authorities, private sectors (tourism, HORECA), civil society, and all stakeholders interested in local/regional/national tourism development.
