By registering donations on this website, the Donor accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) outlined below.

Using the website means accepting the Terms and Conditions proposed by FUNDATIA CONSTANTIN MIMI S.R.L., by Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on the Protection of Consumer Rights and other normative acts adopted by it.

The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is required to monitor any changes.

By using the website www.constantinmimi.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of donations.

Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes. All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, by the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the site. Data transmission over the internet or through wireless networks cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided to the Buyer, and the Buyer does so at their own risk.

Donations can be made online using secure payment systems. After payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the card used for the transaction.

Online Payment

Online payments are processed under maximum security conditions using a payment card that enables online transactions. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, offering a global approach to secure online transaction authentication. This safety measure redirects the user during the payment process to a secure maib page, where each cardholder is authenticated with a unique one-time code for every online transaction.

Refunds are processed exclusively to the payment card used for the purchase.

To complete a payment, you must enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information complies with all necessary security measures. Data is encrypted during transmission and stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

The following details will be required for payment:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiration date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Cardholder’s full name

All payments are processed in the national currency, MDL (Moldovan Leu). If the transaction currency differs from the payment currency, the amount will be converted based on the exchange rate applied by the issuing bank on the settlement date.

Under Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, buyers are entitled to return purchased goods for specific reasons within 14 days from the payment date. Refunds are processed to the card used for the purchase.
